It is of least importance whether we gain profit or loss at the end of the deal, the valuable relationship loss of our esteemed customers is something that we never want in any of the situations. That is the reason why we offers a Return / Replacement & Refund policy for all its customers who get disappointed with the services or the results in one way or the other.
The customer needs to raise the request with our customer care team at info@landofherbs.in with complete details within 8 hours from the time of delivery of the product(s).
‘Return’ means an action of giving back the product ordered at landofherbs.in/ portal by the consumer. The following situations may arise which may cause the action of return of a product:
Note: If the product that you have received is damaged, then do not accept the delivery of that product. If after opening the package you discover that the product is damaged, the same may be returned for a refund. Please note that we cannot promise a replacement for all products as it will depend on the availability of the particular product, in which cases we will offer a refund.

If the payment was made by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we can either issue Credits / Loyalty Bonus or reverse credit to the Credit Card or credit to your account. Credits / Loyalty Bonus can be utilized on a future purchase on the website. If the payment made by Cash on Delivery, we can either issue Credits or Bank Transfer.
Typically the refunds are initiated within 2-3 days (72 hours) of Product Inspection. The receipt of the refund would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you. The expected timelines are as below:

For Debit Card and Credit Card transfers the time taken for refund depends on your bank.
Once you have requested for a replacement, we will schedule the pickup of the originally delivered product. Please ensure that product is in unused and original condition. Include all price tags, labels, original packing and invoice along with the product. We arrange for pickup from most of our customer locations.
Please follow the instructions you received by email In case we can’t pick up the item from your location, you can ship it back to the company.
We update our customers through emails at every step of the returns process. If the last update states that the refund has already been initiated please wait for the refund process to complete. Depending on the mode of refund, the time taken for the refund to reflect in your account can vary. If you haven’t received any update from us please write to us or give us a call.
