Shipping Policy
- For domestic (Indian) buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and / or speed post only.
- Delivery of Product is FREE within INDIA. You need not pay any additional charge apart from the Product Cost. However, for certain products or premium services, we may incorporate extra shipping charges. In those cases, the charges are explicitly mentioned before you place the order. No Hidden Cost.
- Shipping is free all over India unless specified on the website / product page or informed explicitly by our customer care prior to shipping.
- landofherbs.in is not liable for any delay in delivery by the shipping company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the shipping company or postal authorities within 3 working days (done usually by next working day of placing order) from the date of the order.
- Delivery of all orders will be to address registered by the buyer at the time of placing the order
CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) – ADDITIONAL MINIMAL CHARGES
There are extra charges over and above the product price for Cash on Delivery Service as below:
- Rs. 70 – Up to 400 Grams
- Rs. 120 – Up to 900 Grams
- Rs. 190 – Up to 1300 Grams
- Rs. 240 – Up to 1800 Grams
*Maximum of 1800 grams can be ordered in one go through Cash on Delivery Medium.
Delivery Timelines:
Orders are generally shipped WITHIN 24-48 HOURS i.e. on the same day or the next day but may take up to 3 – 10 working days depending on the number of orders and external factors from the date of placing the order and delivering of the shipment subject to Shipping Company / post office norms.
In the event of Festivals, Holidays or any other unforeseen circumstances which may hinder Shipment travel, the shipment may get delayed over & above the standard time-lines of 3-10 working days within India. landofherbs.in shall not be held liable for untimely delivery under such delays. Customer has the liberty to avail Courier Tracking Number from landofherbs.in & track their shipment with Shipping Company.
Shipping Options
Our shipping partners are DTDC and Indian Post for retail Orders. However, landofherbs.in reserves the right to choose the final mode of shipment. For Bulk Orders, we have networking through Transporters.
